My recent stay at Hotel Colombi was a mix of highs and lows. The staff, particularly Lukas and Oliver, were attentive and friendly, adding a personal touch to our experience. The central location was convenient for exploring the Christmas market, and the rooms were spacious with adequate amenities. However, for a five-star hotel, some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from updates.The highlight was the large, inviting sauna and pool area, although I didn't have the chance to use them. The "turn-down" service with a sweet treat left on the bed was a lovely gesture that added a touch of charm to the evenings.As for value for money, despite the stolen money incident raising concerns about security, Hotel Colombi presents a reasonable option for those willing to overlook minor flaws in exchange for a central location and friendly service. Ultimately, it's a decent choice if you prioritize location and attentive staff over luxurious amenities.
